The City of Hills and Dales contracts with various companies to provide mowing, lawn fertilization, tree and plant care, semi-annual cleanup of the common areas, and maintenance of the City’s entrance irrigation system. Road Maintenance
The City contracts with various companies for road maintenance, road paving and snow removal. For issues or questions concerning roads or snow removal, call Commissioner Bill Bowman at 502-609-3870.
Street Signs
In addition, the City contracts with various vendors for street and traffic signs in the community. Contact Commissioner Bill Bowman at 502-609-3870 regarding issues related to signage.
Utilities
The City leases street lights from Louisville Gas and Electric (LG&E). For a downed wire, power outage, gas leak or street light out, contact LG&E at

Louisville Water Company provides water services for Hills and Dales. If you need to contact the Louisville Water Company, call 502-583-6610.
