The City of Hills and Dales
The City of Hills and Dales is located in northeastern Jefferson County, and it is pleasantly situated on 64 acres surrounded by woodlands. There are 62 homes in this community and, according to the 2020 census, 146 people reside here.
Hills and Dales is in a well-developed area with easy access to supermarkets, specialty food stores, banks, pharmacies, pet services, paint and hardware stores, barbershops and salons, restaurants and major highways. The community is defined by large lots and mature trees that provide beautiful seasonal colors. Residents co-exist with deer and other wildlife that sometimes visit from the nearby woods.
This friendly neighborhood, with its gently rolling hills, is a great place for residents to walk, jog or ride a bicycle. There are no through streets, so vehicular traffic is light.
